Και Παλαμήδι τ’ Αναπλιού άνοιξε να ’μπω μέσα.
Να δω τις Αναπλιώτισες, τις Αναπλιωτοπούλες,
πώς πλένουν, πώς λευκαίνουνε, πώς μοσχοσαπουνάνε.
Με το ’να χέρι πλένουνε, με τ’ άλλο σαπουνάνε,
