Musician, born in 1958 in Komotini, Thrace. He studied Economics and began the systematic study of the violin in 1983.
He collaborated with numerous ensembles and prominent artists in concerts both in Greece and abroad. A founding member of the ensemble “Lalitades tis Rodopis” and one of the core members of the musical groups “Loxandra”, “Kontrabando”, and “En Chordais”.
Within the framework of the “MediMuses” programme, he conducted a series of workshops as a visiting professor in Amman, Beirut, and Tunis. He has also taught violin at the School of Traditional Music of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis.
In the discography, he has participated in numerous traditional music recordings and has released three personal albums. Between 1993 and 2000, he performed in concerts with Domna Samiou.
